20-21 October 2016 | Hotel Continental****
There are more generations working together in the workforce than ever before. There is a certified difference in how each generation – from Boomers, to Gen Xers to Millennials – wants to be managed and developed. As HR Managers or HR Specialist this is an important matter.
The human resource departments are in a continues research for new talents and the biggest challenge for the HR personal is to attract the best specialists from the market with courageous and nonconformist campaignes.
So the differences between generations must not be forgotten, it is a permanent matter: Generation Y is the generation that is wishing to form itself, mentors and generation X accumulates information that will be transformed into results and are far more productive. According to the positions held, the Boomer generation is the most valued on the execution, professional and para-profesional, and generation X is the most valued on it’s management position.
