Alexandra Pegg gained a BSc in Psychology from The University of Warwick and a Masters from the Warwick Business School, as she always wanted to pursue a career in HR – specifically in the field of Organisation Design, Talent Management and L&D. She started her HR Career at Gist Ltd, a UK based distribution company, as an HR Operations Graduate, and gained a large amount of experience in generalist HR – especially employee relations issues.
Following the end of her graduate programme, Alexandra wanted to specialize and she moved to Siemens Plc in the North West European Cluster HQ as a Talent Management Officer and spent nearly 6 years there. Becoming the NWE Cluster Talent Management Partner, Alexandra’s focus was all aspects of Talent Management and HR Project Management, as well as Business Partnering the Executive Board.
She moved on to Samsung Electronics in 2013, where she is currently a European HR Planning Manager – and her focus is implementing the building blocks for an Integrated HR and Talent Management Strategy. Alexandra Pegg also hs a Professional Coaching Qualification from The Henley Business School.
